She leads strategic partnerships, business growth, and customer success initiatives, ensuring that Tryft delivers measurable value and accelerates digital transformation for enterprises.

She brings more than 15 years of leadership experience driving digital transformation, finance/supply chain innovation, and operational excellence across global organizations.

Over the course of her career, she has led analytics, transformation, and technology initiatives across the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and services industries, as well as in consulting. Most recently, she served as a Digital Transformation Leader within the Drug Product Division at TFS, where she spearheaded initiatives focused on data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and AI-enabled business transformation prior to Tryft.

She has successfully led large-scale change ERP programs, helping organizations rethink how data, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies can transform operations. Her work has enabled more agile planning processes, improved operational efficiency, and accelerated enterprise-wide transformation across teams spanning  North America and Europe

In addition to her corporate leadership experience, Suchi has advised Start up organizations on digital strategy, analytics, and supply chain modernization, helping businesses leverage emerging technologies to unlock growth, resilience, and competitive advantage. Through Tryft, she is focused on empowering enterprises to transform supply chain decision-making with practical, scalable AI solutions.
