Varun is responsible for ensuring that customers realize the full value of Tryft's platform from implementation through long-term adoption and growth. He leads customer onboarding, enablement, and success initiatives while working closely with enterprise stakeholders to help organizations transform inventory decision-making and operational performance.

He brings extensive experience helping organizations successfully adopt and scale enterprise software solutions. Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer engagement, partnering with customers to turn complex business challenges into measurable outcomes. His background spans customer success, technical account management, and enterprise SaaS across industries including life sciences, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and compliance technology.

 

Before joining Tryft, Varun held customer-facing roles at Sprinto and CDK Global, where he worked closely with organizations ranging from fast-growing startups to large global enterprises. These experiences gave him a deep understanding of how technology adoption succeeds not simply through software implementation, but through strong partnerships, stakeholder alignment, and a relentless focus on business value.

 

At Tryft, Varun works closely with customers to understand their operational challenges, guide implementation programs, and help teams embed AI-driven decision-making into their day-to-day supply chain processes. Through ongoing collaboration with customers and internal teams, he helps ensure that product innovation remains aligned with real-world business needs and delivers meaningful operational impact.
